Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 12 business days.

Return Policy Overview

- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Return Costs
- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Send an email to our team at support@luvlyhome.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Instructions: We’ll reply with a return authorization and clear instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any documentation.
- Ship the Package: Follow the instructions in the return email to send the item back using a shipping carrier of your choice.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. It usually takes 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
